Our comprehensive user-permission structure gives companies flexibility oversight and assurance when it comes to online ordering from the field.

The Web Order Review Queue works in tandem with our User Permission structure.

In order to create Users, you must either be a Master Administrator or an Administrator. After navigating to the Users page, click the “Add Users” button. Enter in the user’s name and email. The User Role is an ancillary identifier but the User Preset is what defines the User’s permissions. Upon selecting a preset, there will be a quick description of their abilities as well as the expanded list of permissions to preview. In order to pick & choose individual permissions, select the Custom User Preset.

Senior-Level Access

They have the unbridled ability to shop the whole website. They are able to but not limited to buying products from any TOOLCRB they are assigned to, and are not required to submit orders for review.

Mid-Level Access

They have the unbridled ability to shop the whole website. They are able to but not limited to buying products from any TOOLCRB they are assigned to, and are not required to submit orders for review.

Jr Field-Level Access

They have the ability to browse the entire site, but can only add products to their cart from TOOLCRBs they are assigned to. They must submit their products for review, which an administrator can then approve, edit or deny. They will have the ability to submit an order request under any job they are assigned to.
