We showed you how to create a Job in the video, now let’s take it a step further and designate who can manage, edit, view, and shop these Jobs and how that correlates to our hierarchy of User Permissions.

When creating a User, you decide their level of access:

Manage DIGITALWHSEs means you can create and delete any Digitalwhse at your discretion

Edit DIGITALWHSEs allows you to add and remove products from any Digitalwhse you are assigned to

Shop DIGITALWHSEs only allows you to add products to your cart from Digitalwhses you are assigned to

Assigning Users to DIGITALWHSEs

Upon creating a Digitalwhse you can assign Users who have the ability to Edit or Shop. There’s no need to assign people who can Manage because their permission gives them access to all Digitalwhses by default. If you select “Anyone with Permission” under either Who Can Edit or Who Can Shop - you will not be able to assign specific Users to said Digitalwhse under the Users Page.
